There are three strategic requirements to systematically provide currently unaffordable healthcare to inaccessible populations:- Humanitarian devices, products, and services must be approved and distributed concurrent with—not after—commercialization
- Humanitarian devices, products, and services must be bundled into useable healthcare packages and not donated and distributed randomly
- Humanitarian bundles must be designed locally and sustained by in-country resources and organizations—not be solely dependent on external assistance
